Every person that takes this course will be taught the skills to identify, understand and respond the signs of a mental health or substance use challenge in a person and how to help them get professional help if needed.

We offer a range of services to support our clients' goals to bring mental health awareness to their schools, work spaces and community's. Our services are designed to be flexible and customizable, so that our clients can choose the option that best fits their needs. Our trainings can be in person or online. Virtual trainings are done through Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
